Is it cheaper to buy online?
Be the first to know our special offers on new or used accessories, if you are signed up to our newsletter. It will keep you up-to-date on all Quad-X products.
Can I track my goods?
You will be able to track parcels sent by courier, your tracking number will be automatically sent to you once goods have been despatched and you can visit our couriers website to keep track of your orders whereabouts at all times. To track a pallet you will need to contact us and we can contact the appropiate transport on your behalf.
Do you have retail premises to visit and view goods before purchase?
Yes, if you would like to visit please give us a call in advance to make sure we have the product in stock to view or you can cintact us to see if there are any Quad-X dealers or customers with our products in your area.
Can I collect?
Yes, items can be collected, you need to make this selection at teh checkout stage. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm that your order is ready.
How much extra is offshore delivery?
We regularly check prices with a number of transport companies to ensure we can offer you the most competitive delivery prices. At the checkout stage our site will calculate the delivery charge based on the size and weight of your order. If no price is given, please contact us for a quote, giving us your name, address and postcode.
Do you have an after sales service?

Are spare parts available?
As a manufacturer spare parts for all products are available as they are used in production. The most commonly requested spare parts are on our site.To view spare parts click here.

Servicing
With many of our technical products the most important part is the engine. If you would like information or help with regard to this please click on our available link - www.briggsandstratton.com
Most technical products come with a manual which should cover servicing issues. If you need any further assistance please contact our technical team on technical@quad.com
Product Assembly
Some Quad-X products come in kit form and require assembly of all parts. Others products may require some final assembly. Basic tools will be required. Instructions will be supplied with more technical products. Ordering these items is on the understanding that they buyer is competent to complete these tasks.
Pricing & VAT
We offer goods at the most reasonable price possible. If we deem it necessary to alter any price, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice.
Vat (value added tax) is charged on goods delivered to the UK and all EU member countries. VAT is charged in accordance with legislation in each member country. All prices are listed in £ STG or € Euro excluding Vat. The current VAT rate is 15% unless stated otherwise.
ROI customers and customers from EU member countries (excluding UK) will be charged VAT unless we are provided with an accurate VAT number. Those holding a valid VAT registration number must quote this at the checkout stage when purchasing of goods to be exempt from paying VAT. This VAT number must correspond with the invoice address.
You will be able to view your order including VAT and postage and packaging before confirming.
