The EcoSpray is Quad-X's basic model of ATV spot sprayer suitable for boom spraying. Equipped with a high-capacity pump, lockable plastic handlance and an automatic pressure cut-out switch to save battery life. It comes with 2m of handlance hose with optional extra length. The EcoSpray comes with a basic white tank and has a simple well for better chemical delivery and moulded on handles that can hold up to 15m of hose and ensure easy carrying. The Quad-X EcoSpray is ideal for both spot spraying and boom spraying. It fits on any ATV in seconds. It is available in 60L and 100L capacity.
The Quad-X range of ATV sprayers run off a 12v supply and so can be used with a stand alone battery. It is possible to run the Quad-X sprayers off a ride on lawnmower, jeep/4x4 or tractor. You may need to add a suitable mounting bracket for some vehicles to attach the sprayers to. You may benefit from ordering our sprayers with the option of a 7 pin trailer plug which would allow you to simply plug the wiring into your trailer lighting socket and turn on your side ligts to power the sprayer. As standard the Quad-X ATV sprayers come with a wiring kit fitted with ring terminals to suit connection straight to a battery or for an ATV.
Q. What sizes of tank are available?
A. 60l and 100l
Q. Will the pump be able to run a boom?
A. The Eco Spray is equipped with a hi-capacity pump that can run any boom up to 16ft/4.8m.
Q. What sort of handlance comes with the eco spray?
A. The ecospray comes equipped with a plastic handlance with a high flow nozzle.
Q. How do I connect the sprayer to my quad?
A. Using the wiring kit supplied, attach the ring terminals to the battery located under the seat of your ATV. Once fitted, the quick release connection allows you to remove/attach the sprayer easily without having to fit the wiring kit each time. The sprayer tank can be fixed to the back rack of your quad and attached using straps.
Q. What size of quad do I need?
A. For a 60l tank we recommend you use an ATV of 200cc+. For a 100l tank we recommend a 300cc+. However you should consult your ATV's manufacturer's handbook for maximum loading weights.
Q. If I do not have a quad how can I use the sprayer?

A. If you go to the spare parts section, found in the left-hand side menu, you will see a number of compatible parts. We manufacture the Quad-X sprayer range in house and so most components are readily available.
