The Pro Spray Elite is based on the ProSpray model with all the features if offers and more. Comes with a pressure gauge and return agitation system for powder based chemicals. It has a quick release valve for the boom and a high capacity pump for spot spraying and boom spraying.
Thanks to its accuracy and its superior aluminium handlance the pro spray elite has less drift and so is more environmentally friendly. Equipped with the high-capacity Quad-X Superpump the pro spray elite is able to run up to an 11ft boom. Selected with the superpump upgrade the pro spray elite can run a boom up to 16ft/4.8m boom.
Its superior lockable aluminium handlance with a high-flow nozzle ensures effective and accurate spot spraying. It comes with 5m of handlance hose with optional longer length. An auto cut-out switch saves battery life. The oval-shaped cross section and simple well enables efficient chemical delivery. An attached lanyard makes it near impossible to lose the tank cap. It also has a drain plug for easy drainage of the tank contents, with an optional drain bung tap for more control.
Its solid, durable tank is UV protected to prevent cracking in sunlight for years to come. Moulded on handles can hold up to 15m of hose and ensure easy carrying. Available in 60L and 100L capacity. Fits on any ATV in seconds.
The Quad-X range of sprayers run off a 12v supply and so can be used with a stand alone battery. It is possible to run the Quad-X sprayers off a ride on lawnmower, jeep/4x4 or tractor. You may need to add a suitable mounting bracket for some vehicles to attach the sprayers to. You may benefit from ordering our sprayers with the option of a 7 pin trailer plug which would allow you to simply plug the wiring into your trailer lighting socket and turn on your side ligts to power the sprayer. As standard the Quad-X sprayers come with a wiring kit fitted with ring terminals to suit connection straight to a battery or for an ATV.

A. No, you can look at our range of booms in the 'Booms' category. The Pro Spray Elite is a spray tank only, with no boom included in the price.
Q. Will the pump be able to run a boom?
A. The pro spray elite is fitted with the high-capacity Quad-X Superpump which is capable of running an 11ft boom. The Superpump Upgrade with an even superior flow rate can run a boom up to 16ft/4.8m boom.
Q. What sort of handlance comes with the pro spray elite?

Q. How do I connect the sprayer to my quad?
A. Using the wiring kit supplied, attach the ring terminals to the battery located under the seat of your ATV. Once fitted, the quick release connection allows you to remove/attach the sprayer easily without having to fit the wiring kit each time. The sprayer tank can be fixed to the back rack of your quad and attached using straps.
Q. What size of quad do I need?
A. For a 60l tank we recommend you use an ATV of 200cc+. For a 100l tank we recommend a 300cc+. However you should consult your ATV's manufacturer's handbook for maximum loading weights.

A. If you go to the spare parts section, found in the left-hand side menu, you will see a number of compatible parts. We manufacture the Quad-X sprayer range in house and so most components are readily available.
